Wave Gathering Program Guide

Asbury Park’s Wave Gathering Program Guide will be the attendees’ survival guide for the event during the course of the weekend. It will contain all scheduling information as well as any other need to know details during the course of the two-day event.

Once attendees arrive to pick up badges and wristbands they will be handed the program guide as they are welcomed through registration.

Every attendee will want to carry one with them as their directional guide to get them around the landscape of the event.

The program guide will provide short descriptions of many of the performers, a brief history of Asbury Park, as well as maps, venue directions, a list of shops, restaurants, hotels, transportation options, contact numbers etc.

It will be an indispensable tool for all attendees to use.

Everyone will be able to hold on to these program guides as souvenirs of the event and be able to refer to them as mini Asbury Park directories for their favorite locations once the event comes to a close.

The Wave Gathering will charge fees for sponsorship and program advertisement.

We welcome the opportunity to include your product or services as a part of the Wave Gathering presentation.

We have a full range of available sponsorship packages at your disposal and we are willing to work creatively to assist you in coming up with a specific solution that will work best with your business or product.

There will be no fee for listing the included Wave Gathering performances at participating venues or businesses.

If participating venues or businesses would like to take out advertising for their upcoming shows or events, they will be charged at a discounted rate.
